Scope: Wholesale (B2B) orders only

1  |  All‑Sales‑Final Principle

All purchases on Bachcha Party Wholesale are bulk/wholesale transactions and are therefore final. Returns or refunds are not accepted except for the specific issues listed in §2.

2  |  Eligible Issues

A claim will be considered only if the item you received is:

Issue type Examples
Damaged in transit Torn fabric, crushed stuffing, water damage
Manufacturing defect Faulty stitching, missing parts
Incorrect shipment Wrong SKU, colour, or quantity

No other reasons (e.g., over‑ordering, slow sell‑through, minor colour variations) qualify for return or refund.

3  |  Video‑Call Product Preview

To eliminate surprises, we offer live product showings via video call before you confirm your order. Once you approve the items on the call and remit payment, the order is locked in (§6).

4  |  How to File a Claim

  1. Deadline: Within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos/videos of the issue

    • Brief description

  3. Send to:

Claims received after 48 hours or without evidence will be declined.

5  |  Our Resolution Options

Once we validate your claim, we will at our discretion offer one of:

  1. Replacement of the affected item(s)

  2. Store credit (valid 90 days)

  3. Refund—only if a replacement is impossible

We pay outbound freight for approved replacements. We may request return of the defective/incorrect goods; if so, we will cover that shipping as well.

6  |  Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after:

  • The video‑call preview has been approved and

  • Payment has been confirmed.

Please finalise quantities, colours, and SKUs during the call.

7  |  Non‑Eligible Situations

We do not issue refunds, credits, or replacements for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or overstock

  • Minor colour/size variances due to lighting or screens

  • Damage caused after delivery (improper storage, mishandling)

  • Disputes over products that were clearly shown and approved in the video preview
